My products unfortunately don't have a link. What can I do?
Good day,
You can simply follow these brief instructions and the correct link will be on your product within a minute.
- Download the app "NFC Tools": https://apps.apple.com/de/app/nfc-tools/id1252962749
- Once you are in the app, click on "Write", then on "Add record".
- Now, under "Add URL", insert the correct link. (We are happy to create the correct link for Google for you)
- Click on "OK" in the top right corner, then on "Write / x Bytes".
- Now hold your smartphone against the NFC chip of your product.
The new link should now be on your product!
Why can't I find my business in the search bar?
If you cannot find your business in the search bar, it indicates that your business is not registered with Google. Set up Google SEO to find your business in the search bar later.
If it is a Social Media NFC product, simply enter your profile name for the respective social media account without selecting a search suggestion.
How do I proceed if I want to link multiple companies?
Simply order your desired quantity using your company link and then send us an email with your order number and your other locations.
How do the NFC products work after I have purchased them?
Since we take care of the desired linking of the NFC chip, customers only have to hold their smartphone to the product and can thus directly write a review on Google or access your social media profiles directly!
Do the NFC products work with iOS or Android?
Our NFC products work with both iOS and Android. If it doesn't work on Android, you will first need to enable the NFC function in your smartphone's settings.
How secure is the data captured via Custom Ratings?
Custom Ratings places the highest value on data protection: We only program the links that you provide yourself. We never store personal data.

We are a larger company and would like to pay by invoice - is that possible?
For larger orders, you can simply write to us and we will create an invoice for you. Due to some customers' payment behavior, we request advance payment.
Is there a protective film on the display stand?
Of course, there is a protective film on the stand, which might give the impression that it is scratched. Once you remove the film, the stand will be revealed in all its glory. Removing the film can be a bit tricky, but it offers excellent protection.
How many display stands should I order for my store?
1. Restaurants/Cafés:
Quantity: A Google/TripAdvisor display/sticker for each table or in the entrance area.
Explanation: Guests can leave a review directly after their meal. This is particularly suitable for receiving fresh feedback on the service, food, and atmosphere. Reviews can also be specifically requested for dishes or drinks.
2. Retail (Boutiques, Shops):
Quantity: A display/sticker at the checkout or in changing rooms.

Quantity: A display/sticker for each training area (cardio, free weights, course room).
Explanation: Members can rate the equipment and cleanliness of each area separately or share their training progress on Instagram. This not only boosts reviews but also promotes online presence through shared posts.
